Step 3: Soak Your Feet Properly

Place both legs into the soaking bucket, ideally with the water level reaching just below the knees. Cover the bucket and legs with a towel to retain heat and allow the herbal steam to circulate.
Soak for about 15–20 minutes, using your body’s response as a guide. A gradual feeling of warmth and slight sweating indicates optimal effect. Avoid excessive sweating, as gentle perspiration is ideal.

Avoid showering right after a foot soak. Wait about 1 hour, as your pores are open and your body is more susceptible to cold.

Step 5 — Reuse & Storage of Herbal Foot Soak
Reuse your herbal soak safely and effectively for multiple days 安全且高效地重复使用您的泡脚药水,多日持续利用
After soaking, tie and seal the bag to store the herbal solution for the next day. Discard the plain water outside the bag.
Before the next use, prepare 20–30 minutes in advance. Add very hot water to the outside of the bag to gently reheat the herbal solution inside.
Wait until the temperature feels comfortably warm, then begin soaking.
Each herbal preparation can typically be reused for 3–5 days.
